The Next Generation in Automated Lawn Care: Introducing Lymow One
lawn mower”/>
Meet the Lymow One, a state-of-the-art robotic lawnmower designed for expansive outdoor spaces, equipped with advanced satellite navigation and mapping capabilities that eliminate the need for perimeter wires.
Initially launched through Kickstarter with remarkable success—securing over $3.5 million—the evolution of the original concept has culminated in the outstanding Lymow One. This sophisticated robot offers a variety of smart features for seamless lawn maintenance.
Advanced Mowing Technology
The innovative Dual Blade Mowing Deck is crafted to tackle various grass types using dual high-speed mulching blades paired with a centrifugal fan. The cutting strategy effectively minimizes clumping while evenly redistributing grass clippings to nourish your lawn.
Impressive Performance and Adaptability
Featuring a powerful brushless motor delivering up to 1,200W of peak output, this mower can achieve blade speeds reaching 6,000 RPM across a 16-inch cutting width. Its adaptive floating deck allows adjustments between 1.2 inches and 4 inches in height and employs omniwheels that ensure stable navigation on uneven surfaces.
Sophisticated Navigation System
Lymow’s LySee Multi-Fusion system combines Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) satellite positioning with Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (VSLAM) technology to maintain centimeter-level accuracy regarding its location. Although RTK signals may be impacted by environmental obstacles such as trees or inclement weather, VSLAM provides alternative navigation when satellite access is compromised.
Obstacle Detection and Safety Features
The VSLAM technology utilizes stereo cameras featuring image-based semantic recognition alongside depth-sensing capabilities to interpret its environment rapidly. Additionally, it comes equipped with onboard processing abilities that allow it to navigate around hurdles like pet waste or garden decorations by utilizing predefined settings available within the accompanying Lymow application.
A Robust Safety Mechanism
In terms of safety features, five ultrasonic sensors are embedded along with two protective front bumpers plus off-ground sensors located at the blade level—all aimed at ensuring safe operation during mowing activities. The machine can instantly halt its blades upon detecting potential hazards within just one second.
Efficacy Across Varied Terrains
Speed is yet another hallmark of this advanced mower; capable of covering approximately 0.23 acres per hour or about 0.57 acres on a single charge—with an impressive total daily coverage capacity reaching up to about 1.73 acres—which makes it an efficient solution for larger properties looking for timely upkeep services without compromising quality.
Designed with durability in mind, the frame comprises a single-piece die-cast aluminum alloy that’s both ruggedized and water-resistant (rated IPX6), ensuring long-lasting performance even under challenging conditions.
Availability and Pricing Information
Currently under production processes, consumers can expect delivery starting April 2025 at an attractive price point set at $2,999—offering customers an exceptional option in automated lawn care solutions.
