Steps to Create Your Custom Chat Lists
- Open WhatsApp on your mobile device and swipe down to view existing categories: All Chats, Unread Messages, Favorites, and Groups.
- Select the “+” icon to initiate a new list creation.
- Name your list and select which contacts or groups you would like included in it.
- Press Done located in the upper right corner to finalize the creation of your custom list.
Your newly crafted custom list will now appear alongside other standard categories mentioned earlier. This feature allows for easy organization of multiple chat groups tailored precisely for your needs.
Edit and Manage Your Lists Effortlessly
You can easily modify or remove any custom chat list by pressing and holding its title. In addition, you have access to create or oversee these lists via Settings > Lists within WhatsApp.
