Toyota Motor Corporation has unveiled its intention to broaden the range of its battery electric vehicles (BEVs) across Europe as a key component of its expansive strategy aimed at realizing a carbon-neutral future.

In line with its commitment to improve vehicle performance for various markets, Toyota focuses on region-specific management while creating innovative automobiles. To advance toward carbon neutrality, the company is implementing diverse mobility solutions within its comprehensive strategy that offers electrified vehicle alternatives designed to meet local consumer preferences in different regions worldwide.
Europe stands out with one of the highest rates of electric vehicle adoption globally. Consequently, there is an increasing need for enhancing BEV offerings. Following the introduction of the all-new Urban Cruiser late last year in Europe, Toyota plans to roll out three new models designed to encompass major segments (B-, C-, and D-SUVs), crucial to European consumers.

Toyota C-HR+
The innovative powertrain system featured in the latest Toyota C-HR+ showcases advanced BEV technology.
The model boasts an eye-catching design paired with functionality due to a spacious cabin and ample luggage space amounting to an impressive capacity of 416 liters.
Built on the e-TNGA platform with refined suspension technology ensures a driving experience marked by enjoyment.
Equipped with two state-of-the-art lithium-ion batteries containing upgraded cells; The standard version features a battery capacity rated at 57.7 kWh offering an impressive range of up to 455 km*1. In contrast, versions optimized for longer drives come with a robust battery capacity of up to 77 kWh enabling distances reaching around600 km*1. Available options include both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations catering for varied customer preferences.
The release date for this dynamic new model is set for later this year.
