Honor Unveils Magic7 Pro and Magic7 Lite for European Market
Today marks the launch of Honor’s new devices, the Magic7 Pro and Magic7 Lite, aimed at customers in Europe.
The premium model, Magic7 Pro, was initially introduced in China last October. Meanwhile, the more affordable Magic7 Lite made its global debut just a few weeks ago.
A Closer Look at the Honor Magic7 Pro
The flagship device features cutting-edge components including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with 12 GB of RAM. With a robust 5,270mAh battery supporting both wired and wireless charging at 100W, it offers excellent power management—though it’s worth noting this is smaller than the Chinese version’s impressive 5,850mAh battery. Additionally, it represents a reduction from its predecessor’s capacity of 5,600mAh.
While there are slight differences in battery capacity compared to its Chinese counterpart, the camera system remains consistently top-tier across regions. The primary camera boasts a remarkable 50MP sensor equipped with a versatile lens featuring variable aperture settings ranging from f/1.4 to f/2.0.
The telephoto capability is equally impressive with a formidable setup: a 200MP periscope lens providing up to three times optical zoom coupled with an apt f/2.6 aperture and sizable sensor fitting for leading brands’ main cameras; all these features position Honor as serious contenders within this competitive landscape. Rounding out its rear cameras is an ultrawide module rated at 50MP that also supports macro photography.
On the front side lies another robust element—a powerful selfie camera using another identical 50MP sensor complemented by advanced facial recognition capabilities courtesy of an accompanying depth-sensing unit located in an elegant pill-shaped notch design on screen adorned by under-display ultrasonic fingerprint technology.
Sleek Display and Durability Features
The display on the Honor Magic7 Pro is particularly striking—a massive 6.8 inches LTPO AMOLED panel boasting resolutions of1280x2800 pixels capable of dynamic refresh rates ranging from one to an astonishingly smooth120Hz while reaching peak global brightness levels up to1600 nits! Furthermore enhancing content consumption experience especially under bright sunlight conditions; HDR capabilities soar even higher hitting luminous outputs around5000 nits thanks largely due exceptional high-frequency PWM dimming technology operating at4320MHz!
This device also enjoys stellar resistance measures achieving IP68/IP69 ratings ensuring protection against dust ingress plus immersion/exposure elements such as water (including high-temperature jet streams).
