Anticipating the Launch of Realme Neo7 SE: A New Benchmark in Performance
The upcoming Realme Neo7 SE is poised to make its debut this month, with significant attention on its chipset which is set to showcase the latest Mediatek innovation. Chase Xu, the company’s Vice President, has articulated that it will feature the Dimensity 8400 Max chipset, establishing itself as a frontrunner in performance within its price category.
Competitive Pricing and Market Expectations
According to Xu, this smartphone will be available for under CNY2,000 (approximately $275). There’s much anticipation surrounding whether it will maintain a comparable price point when launched internationally beyond China.

Impressive Features: Performance and Battery Life
Chase Xu emphasized that users can expect not only robust performance but also extended battery longevity. This places the new model in comparison with earlier iterations of Neo series devices associated with the GT range. For instance, while the Neo5 SE brought forth impressive 100W wired charging technology, its successor—the Neo6 SE—not only maintained this rapid charging capability but also included an advanced 8T LTPO OLED display.
This time around, speculation suggests that Realme may opt for a slightly reduced charging speed of 80W while potentially increasing battery capacity dramatically to an astonishing 7,000 mAh based on information from TENAA. Additionally, there are whispers about another model—the economical Realme Neo7x featuring Snapdragon 6 Gen 4—though details surrounding this device have been relatively scarce up until now.
