In a surprising move not anticipated in our predictions for 2024, Finnish technology leader Nokia has revealed its inaugural 5G-powered 360-degree camera. This innovative device is tailored specifically for industrial purposes, including remote operation and equipment supervision.
This new camera boasts the capability of capturing video in stunning 8K resolution. It offers multiple connectivity options, accommodating WiFi, Ethernet, and of course, the advanced functionality of 5G networks. Additionally, Nokia has introduced a specialized model designed to endure extreme temperature conditions. The standard version also features impressive shock resistance along with an IP67 rating for dust and water resilience.
