Exciting Updates for Monster Hunter Now: New Content and Features
Niantic, in collaboration with Capcom, has announced a fresh update for the augmented reality game, Monster Hunter Now. This update will introduce new features and a creature inspired by the upcoming game, Monster Hunter Wilds.
An Introduction to Monster Hunter Wilds
Scheduled for release on February 28, Monster Hunter Wilds is set to launch on both PC and console platforms. As part of this cross-game content initiative, players will encounter a newly added monster named Chatacabra—a distinctive amphibian character known for its unusually long tongue.
Aesthetic Enhancements and New Gear
Additionally, players can look forward to new cosmetic items deriving inspiration from Monster Hunter Wilds. These include unique offerings such as a Seikret mount variant along with the Hope armor set. The weapons from the game will also have Hope-themed variations available.
A Look Ahead: Upcoming Seasons and Monsters
The next season of gameplay in Monster Hunter Now is slated to kick off on March 6th. Titled Blossoming Blade, this season will expand the huntable monsters pool to include fan favorites Glavenus and Arzuros. Players should also anticipate an introduction of a new subspecies on April 4th followed by an Elder Dragon debuting on May 5th.
This series of updates not only enriches player experience but also enhances engagement within the thriving community that backs these beloved gaming franchises.
