LG Unveils Innovative Projectors at CES 2025
At CES 2025, LG introduced two cutting-edge projectors that represent the next generation of its popular CineBeam Q line. Among these, the PF600U stands out with a design reminiscent of a stand fan; however, it boasts features beyond just projection. This model functions as both a Bluetooth speaker and an LED mood lighting system, offering nine different lighting colors and five distinct brightness settings to help tailor your viewing environment. With the ability to tilt its head, it can cast images up to an impressive 120 inches in FHD (1920 x 1080) resolution while delivering brightness at 300 ANSI lumens. Additionally, users can access their favorite movies and shows directly through various streaming services via LG’s webOS platform.
The CineBeam S: Small Yet Powerful
The second announcement was for the direct successor to last year’s CineBeam Q—the CineBeam S. This projector claims the title of LG’s most compact 4K Ultra Short Throw projector yet, weighing only about 5.5 pounds. It is engineered to produce stunning visuals up to 100 inches wide with striking clarity at a dazzling 4K UHD resolution and impressive brightness levels of up to 500 ANSI lumens—requiring only minimal wall space for installation. Like its counterpart, it also supports Dolby Atmos sound technology and runs on LG’s webOS operating system.
