In his update to fans, Migicovsky shared:

A Closer Look at Features
The Core 2 Duo model boasts a compact 1.2-inch black-and-white e-paper display along with a sturdy polycarbonate casing available in both black and white variants. Additionally, it incorporates useful features like a barometer and a compass for outdoor enthusiasts. Conversely, the more advanced Core Time 2 offers added functionality with its larger 1.5-inch touch screen showcasing 64 colors and comes framed in metal alongside heart rate monitoring capabilities.

Both smartwatches promise impressive usability with up to 30 days of battery life while maintaining IPX8 waterproof ratings for durability against splashes or rain during workouts or daily activities. They include functionalities for tracking steps and sleep patterns essential for health enthusiasts as well as integrated speakers and microphones for hands-free calls.
The smartphones will also provide users with access to over 10,000 watch faces plus applications enhancing personalization options further than before.

The retail price starts at $149 for the Core 2 Duo model expected to ship in July while consumers can anticipate receiving their pre-orders of the more feature-rich Core Time 2 starting in December priced at $225.
