The highly awaited Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is set to launch on January 22, marking an exciting moment for tech enthusiasts. Numerous leaks and rumors have circulated regarding this upcoming flagship device, particularly its camera capabilities. Recently, however, a new leak has emerged that promises to provide a detailed overview of the camera specifications.

It’s essential to approach this leak with cautious optimism; nonetheless, should these details prove accurate, it appears the camera setup will closely resemble that of its predecessor—the S24 Ultra. The specifications include:
- A primary 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP2 sensor (1/1.3″, 0.6µm-2.4µm), f/1.7 aperture with a focal length of 23mm.
- A telephoto lens equipped with a 12MP Sony IMX754 sensor (1/3.52″, 1.12µm), featuring an f/2.4 aperture and offering a magnification of three times at a focal distance of 67mm.
- A second telephoto option utilizing a 50MP Sony IMX854 sensor (1/2.52″, with pixel sizes ranging from 0.7-1.4µm), having an f/3.4 aperture and capable of five times optical zoom at an approximate range of 111mm.
- A front-facing selfie shooter comprising a 12MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3LU sensor (1/3.2″, sporting pixels sized at around 1.12µm), with an f/2.2 aperture and wide-angle capture at approximately 26mm.
The only significant upgrade in terms of hardware seems to be within the ultra-wide lens configuration which features new components—a Samsung ISOCELL S5KJN3 sensor or GN3—which boasts a resolution of 50MP along with an optical size measurement of about ( frac{1}{157} ) inches and individual pixel dimensions measuring up to ( mu m).
