Anticipating the Launch of the Redmi Turbo 4 and its Advanced Variant
In early January, Xiaomi is set to unveil the Redmi Turbo 4, marking it as the inaugural device powered by MediaTek’s cutting-edge Dimensity 8400 SoC. However, emerging reports suggest that a more enhanced version known as the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro could make its debut later in 2025.
Specifications and Features: A Glimpse into the Future
The upcoming Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is reportedly undergoing tests with an immense battery capacity of 7,500 mAh, coupled with rapid charging capabilities of up to 90W. This model is expected to incorporate a “high-performance” processor along with a sleek design featuring a balanced thickness and weight for optimal handling.
Camera Configuration: Main Focus on Quality
The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will prioritize its primary camera over having a specialized telephoto lens. While details about camera specifications remain limited, expectations are high for impressive photography capabilities. This flagship device is anticipated to launch within the first half of next year and might be rebranded for global distribution under the name Poco F7.
A Shift in Branding Strategy
Initially speculated that the standard Redmi Turbo 4 would carry forward as Poco F7—much like how its predecessor, Redmi Turbo 3 transitioned into Poco F6—the introduction of an upgraded model has slightly altered this trajectory. As current indications suggest, it seems probable that what was once thought to be Poco F7 will now emerge on international markets under the title Poco X7 Pro.
