Samsung Gears Up for One UI 7 Rollout Starting April
Beginning in April, Samsung is set to initiate the rollout of its One UI 7 update, a timeline that confirms previous reports and ongoing beta testing phases.
Update Schedule and Device List
The information regarding the devices eligible for the Android 15 update and their respective release dates has been sourced from an internal screenshot shared by a reader. Samsung is targeting a comprehensive deployment across three generations of smartphones between mid-April and late May.
Pioneering Devices Receiving Updates
The Galaxy S24 lineup—including the Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, as well as the Galaxy S24 FE—along with the new Galaxy Z Flip6 and Z Fold6 will be among the first to receive Android 15 alongside One UI 7 on April 18. Following closely behind will be models from the Galaxy S23 family as well as both Z Flip5 and Z Fold5, slated for updates on April 25. Additionally, users of the Galaxy A54 can expect similar enhancements during this rollout.
Subsequent Rollout Details
A noteworthy point is that while most models in the series will receive their updates promptly, the Galaxy S23 FE has a delayed schedule set for May 16. This batch includes not only this model but also transitions to upgrades for users with devices like those in the Galaxy S22 series along with Galaxies Z Fold4 and Z Flip4. Additional models comprising A34, A33, and A53 will also be included in this wave.
Mature Devices Joining In
The final stage sees older yet reliable models such as those within the Galaxy S21 series upgrading alongside both Z Flip3 and Z Fold3 on May 23.
