The U.S. Department of ​Energy (DOE) has announced plans to introduce a‌ funding opportunity worth $25 million aimed at enhancing energy technology deployment on Tribal lands this upcoming spring.

Funding Overview and Application Details

The DOE’s‍ Office‌ of Indian Energy Policy and ⁣Programs recently released⁢ a notice indicating that a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will be available soon, with awards expected to vary between $100,000 and $2.5 million, or from $250,000 up to $5 million based‍ on specific projects. Interested parties will have ⁣approximately‌ 90 days post-notification‍ to submit their applications.
